Refund policy
Faulty Items:
If for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase, please contact us sookilola@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product. We will not accept returns outside of this time frame.
To complete your return, we will require your proof of purchase.
We thoroughly check each item before shipping, but if your item is faulty we will issue a refund for you. The item will need to be returned for assessment before a refund is confirmed and processed.
Change of Mind? – that’s ok!
Due to stock inventory constantly updating, we cannot offer exchanges for items purchased online. Instead, we will issue you with a refund, minus shipping costs.
Please note we DO NOT offer change of mind returns, exchanges or amendments to any order purchased on sale items.
Please note that customers will need to cover the cost of returning the item(s).
After we receive your parcel, the item(s) will be inspected and once approved your refund will be issued. We have the right to reject any returns that are not sent back in their original condition, including tags attached.
Unless the item(s) are faulty all return shipping charges will be at your expense.
Any stock returned to us must be sent with registered and tracked regular parcel post. We will not take responsibility for items not received.
Please be aware that items may sell out quickly and we cannot guarantee that all sizes will be available for any period of time.

Please note orders will not be cancelled after checkout for any reasons, that include but not limited to - change of mind, fail to apply a code etc.
